The Shadow Brook Board is pleased to announce that the pool will be open for Fall Lap Swim & Weekend Family Swim effective as of September 6.
Shadow Brook Members just need to complete the Fall Waiver form. We are asking everyone to complete a new Waiver for the Fall, even if you have one on file for earlier this year. The Board intends to simplify the process in 2023, so we hope that any Members Waivers will be sufficient for all future years except in cases with member instituted changes.
2022 Summer Associate Members in good standing who would like to have access this fall, must complete a Fall Associates contract & Fall Waiver forms and go to your Condo Control Account and pay $240 for the four months through December 31, 2022.

Completed Waivers should be emailed to access@nullshadowbrook.org in pdf-format, and pool access via the BRIVO app on your Smartphone will be emailed to you.
Please be mindful that Board Members and other Members assisting with this process are all volunteers with busy lives similar to your own. So it may take several days or possibly more for you to receive email responses.
