This is your opportunity to become an active member of the community and contribute as well as enjoy the warmth of our vibrant community. Start by familiarizing yourselves with the Election Rules and filing the Nomination Form with the Inspector of the Elections.

Shadow Brook Board Meeting Tuesday, August 8th, 2023

There will be a Shadow Brook Board Meeting on August 8th, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. Meeting will be held at Shadow Brook Cabana.

Also, from 6:00 to 7:00 pm, there will be a CC&R review meeting between the board and homeowners who have signed up to review the proposed CC&R.

Wednesday Night Social is Back!

Our First Wednesday Night Social (WNS) will be June 14th beginning at 5:30 pm.  This week’s Social is hosted by your Shadow Brook Lifeguards.

On the menu (Cash or Credit Card):
  • Pizza (Cheese or Pepperoni)
  • Salad
  • Assorted Drinks
  • Ice Cream

The Lifeguards will also be running BINGO.  $1 / card to play.
