The annual Shadow Brook HOA election is upon us. Calling for SB Homeowners to step forward and become a candidate for the board. This is your opportunity to become an active member of the community and contribute as well as enjoy the warmth of our vibrant community. Start by familiarizing yourselves with the Election Rules and filing the Nomination Form with the Inspector of the Elections.
There will be a Shadow Brook Board Meeting on August 8th, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. Meeting will be held at Shadow Brook Cabana.
Also, from 6:00 to 7:00 pm, there will be a CC&R review meeting between the board and homeowners who have signed up to review the proposed CC&R.
